All safari permits are subject to availability on the official Corbett Tiger Reserve portal. We cannot guarantee permit availability.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment and written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
  • Prices are communicated at booking time and may change based on government fee revisions.
  • Our service fees are separate from government-prescribed permit fees.
  • Payment modes: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate personal details at time of booking. Incorrect details may result in permit rejection at the gate.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence) must be carried by all visitors. Photocopies are not accepted.
  • Late arrival at the safari gate may result in permit forfeiture with no refund.
  • Visitors must follow all rules of Jim Corbett National Park during the safari.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jim Corbett Trip acts as a facilitator only. We are not liable for:

  • Permit rejections due to zone closure, bad weather, or government orders
  • Wildlife sightings — we cannot guarantee tiger or any specific animal sightings
  • Delays or cancellations by hotels, taxi operators, or forest authorities
  • Any loss, injury, or damage during your visit

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
