Venue · hospitality · production

Events shaped by the Corbett landscape.

From an intimate resort wedding to a multi-function celebration or team offsite, we bring the venue, guest movement, décor, vendors, and on-ground schedule into one practical plan.

Built around the occasion

One destination, three very different planning rhythms.

Every format needs its own guest flow, venue logic, production plan, and budget structure.

01

Destination weddings

Venue and room blocks, mehendi, haldi, sangeet, ceremony, reception, décor, hospitality desks, guest transport, entertainment, and the final departure plan.

02

Private celebrations

Engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions, and intimate family events with a lighter production footprint and more flexible venue use.

03

Corporate retreats

Rooming, meeting space, audio-visual setup, meals, transfers, team activities, awards evenings, and optional sightseeing or safari planning.

End-to-end coordination

The visible moments rest on invisible logistics.

A beautiful event still depends on room inventory, vendor access, power, weather backup, sound limits, guest transfers, and a schedule every team can follow.

Responsible planning: venues near forest and river landscapes need controlled sound, waste management, safe lighting, and respect for property and local authority rules.

Venue and stay shortlist

Compare lawns, banquet capacity, room count, weather backup, guest accessibility, vendor rules, and buyout terms before visiting properties.

Design, décor, and production

Translate the event mood into function-wise concepts, layouts, florals, lighting, stage, signage, audio, and a realistic production schedule.

Guest hospitality

Rooming lists, RSVP support, welcome desk, luggage flow, local transport, amenity hampers, elderly guest needs, and departure coordination.

Vendor and food coordination

Align resort teams with catering, artists, photography, makeup, mehendi, entertainment, priests, permissions, and event-day supervisors.

Travel and guest experiences

Plan station or airport transfers, local shuttles, welcome activities, sightseeing, and optional safaris without crowding the core event schedule.

Planning questions

Before the first venue visit.

How early should we start planning a Corbett destination wedding?

Start as soon as the preferred month and guest estimate are known. Popular weekends and properties with enough rooms for a buyout are limited; venue availability usually drives every later decision.

Can you plan only décor or guest hospitality?

Yes, subject to scope and dates. The admin-managed rate cards can publish partial-service options as well as full planning packages.

What information is needed for a first estimate?

Share dates, approximate guests, number of rooms, functions, preferred venue style, food expectations, décor direction, transport needs, and a budget range.

Can a safari be arranged for all wedding guests?

It may be possible for smaller groups, but permits require named visitor details and remain availability-led. Large groups need staggered planning and should treat safari as optional, not a last-minute promise.
